real estate group is comprised of more than 110 industry-specialized CPAs, auditors, consultants, and advisors who have extensive experience helping contractors and developers manage financial risks and take advantage of business opportunities.

Industry specialization
LarsonAllen has been dedicated to the construction and real estate industry since 1953. Today, we serve more than 1,500 contractors and 3,100 real estate clients across the nation, including general commercial building contractors; highway and heavy contractors; earthwork, paving, and utility contractors; concrete and masonry contractors; demolition contractors; homebuilders; architects; engineers; various specialty contractors; and commercial and residential real estate developers and managers.
Nineteen members of our construction and real estate team have earned their CCIFP certification. This credential is issued through the
Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (ICCIFP), which is a separately incorporated entity affiliated with the
Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
Only individuals who have the formal education and 4,000 hours of construction-related experience are eligible to take this exam, which covers nine major content areas. The areas related exclusively to the construction and real estate industry include:
- Financial reporting
- Financing and credit
- Risk management and insurance
- Technology
- Bonding and surety
- Business tax
